Our room was spacious, comfy, and spotlessly clean. The view from the 12th floor was absolutely breathtaking — I honestly felt like I was in New York! 🤣 We also loved the 24/7 market and the cozy sofas in the lounge area. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and well taken care of. Definitely a stay we’ll remember!"

Axelvdb, November 12th 2024"We had the greatest pleasure staying at the James hotel on a recent visit to Rotterdam. The hotel is situated in the city centre, a 12-15 minute walk from Central station. We arrived at the hotel around 11am and checked in and although the room wasn't due to be ready until 3pm we we able to leave our luggage in a secure room so we could set off and explore. We returned for a re-charge around 2.30pm and the room was ready for us. We had booked a wheelchair accessible room which was huge. The room had a super king-size bed (so, so comfy), desk, comfy chair, coffee and tea machine, TV with Dutch and English channels. The bathroom was a fully accessible wet room, rain fall shower, toilet, stool and chair for the shower, towels a d a hairdryer. The hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant, instead it has a self service mini mart, which is absolutely incredible. Food, snacks, wines, beers and soft drinks are available 24/7 and are very reasonably priced. The mini-mark is situated in the lounge which is absolutely stunning, lots of space, tables, chairs and couches. The rooms, lounge and reception are beautifully decorated, very modern and relaxing. The staff were incredible, polite and very knowledgeable about the area. I can't recommend the James hotel enough and I can't wait to re-vist in the future."

The self-checkout food court was extremely convenient with lots of options available at any time of the day. The interior of the hotel felt luxurious and the beds were cozy. I was upgraded to a bigger room with an amazing view on the 17th floor."
